It’s no secret that 1-on-1 personal training appointments can come with a hefty price tag here in Silicon Valley.
At lifeSport Fitness, we offer a unique “Semi-Private” coaching program that makes personal training much more affordable.
Just like 1-on-1 personal training, you’ll get a customized program written for you, a coach to oversee your workout and the accountability to show up — just not the hefty price tag.
Convenient Session Times
We offer 30 semi-private sessions each week, Monday through Saturday.
You book your appointments for the session times that work best for you.
Customized Programming and Coaching 
This is not a group workout session.  This is YOU coming to our studio to do your personalized programming under the watchful eye of a coach.
Need help with your nutrition in order to lose weight, manage your blood sugar or your blood pressure?  We’ve got you covered!
At lifeSport Fitness, we provide you with all the tools  you need to succeed: A safe, effective program customized to YOU, professional coaching, nutrition advice and the accountability to get it done — all at a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1 personal training here in our area.

Your 5-appointment JumpStart trial experience includes:
Appointment #1:  A 90-minute introductory 1-on-1 private  session during which we’ll do some goal setting, assessments and create a customized strength and conditioning program for you.
Appointments #2 -5:  Reserve time on our Semi-Private Training schedule* to work through your customized program under the watchful eye of a lifeSport Fitness coach, and meet some of our awesome lifeSport Fitness members while they work out alongside you on their customized program!  
*All SPT sessions are 50 minutes in length and are limited to just 4 people per session to allow for personalized attention to all participants.
