I’ve been working out with Becky in her semi-private sessions for a year now and my fitness levels are better than ever! Six months into training with her, my husband and I did a gruelling 4 day hike in Patagonia and I was astounded by how how much stamina I had developed to endure hours of hiking with a heavy backpack! Becky’s workout sessions are carefully designed to address your specific trouble zones as well as keep an eye on your weak spots to prevent risk of injury. She listens to your concerns and customizes a program to suit your pace and fitness goals. I look forward to my workouts with her as I know I will come out feeling stronger and recharged! On a personal note, I admire Becky’s sense of community, giving nature, and her genuine concern for her clients - the effort she puts into giving them the best coaching and fitness tips. Coaches Rachel, Matt and Chris embody the same professionalism and dedication to their jobs as Becky. I cannot recommend Becky enough to anyone who wants to take charge of their health and get on the fitness wagon. Thanks Becky and the Lifesport Fitness team for helping me meet my fitness goals!

Simply awesome. For real results, motivation, AND a positive, supportive environment, Life Sport Fitness' camps are the ultimate. I know this sounds gushy, but I can't help it. In 40+ years I have never stuck with any fitness plan, and while I'm still a short-timer here, I have over two months under my belt (a record for me). I started with a Transformation Challenge program, and decided to continue with the "Fit and Fab" over 40's camp two days a week. So far so good, and it's all because of Becky and her fantastic program. I feel accountable, in a positive way, because I know that if I miss a day, Becky and my fellow campers will notice and care. I feel enthusiastic about going to camp, even though it's early and I'm definitely not a morning person, because once I am there, it is a GREAT workout, and I feel so good afterward. I'm especially happy when it's over ;) And I see serious results for myself and also among my fellow campers. Becky's workout plans are always varied, so you don't get bored, and they are so effective! In my short time here, I have lost body fat, gained muscle, lost weight, lost inches, and gained the confidence and resolve I needed to carry on and continue placing a priority on my fitness and overall well-being! I recommend Life Sport Fitness camps to anyone who wants to get fit or maintain their fitness. For me, this is a breakthrough! You can work at your own level, as the workouts always have modifications to reduce or increase the intensity. Becky is very experienced and very professional - it's a safe and effective place to get results, whether you are a beginner like me, or a fitness guru yourself ;) Becky is also so attentive to each individual -- instead of feeling like you are in a "class", it feels like you have a personal trainer. Given that, it's also a bargain, especially compared to the years of gym memberships I wasted, and the fortune I spent on personal trainers. This is the perfect solution. Thanks Becky!

lifeSport Fitness is awesome! I've participated in their boot camps and love them! All the trainers are top notch and the programs are challenging and fun. I highly recommend them.

lifeSport Fitness has changed my life. I have been going to the 6 am Downtown Camp for three years. Every workout is different. Knowing there are other people waiting for you at the same time, makes all the difference. It is like my other family. Check it out! You will not regret it!

I just LOVE Bootcamp! This is the most fun way to exercise ever. I really felt "pulled together" after just a few weeks. I work harder than I would ever push myself. You really feel strong after just a few weeks. The 6 week transformation challenge really worked. My slacks definitely felt looser after just 6 weeks.

I have been coming to lifeSport boot camps for a few years now, and I can safely say that I am in the best shape of my life! The way these boot camps are taught, I get a better workout than I can by myself in the gym, in less time, and in a way that is a lot of fun. It's great to have that sense of accountability that comes from working out with others in a group situation, it helps me to push myself (we push one another) to heights that I could not achieve alone. Every session is different set of exercises that keeps you from getting stuck in a routine, and by the end of the hour, I feel totally spent and energized at the same time. It's awesome!
