ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

With one-on-one training, you have the undivided attention of a certified trainer during your training session. This service is ideal for those who are just getting started in the fitness world and need support learning foundational movement patterns and careful coaching and cueing. Those who have apprehension exercising around other people also enjoy the private environment this service has to offer. Sessions last 45-50 minutes and are booked monthly around your busy schedule.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Yes! I would like a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to learn more about lifeSport Fitness personal training

With our Small Group Personal Training (“SGT”) you share an SGT session timeslot with one or two other lifeSport Fitness clients while you each follow your own customized program .

First, we meet with you one-on-one to do some goal setting and some assessments and begin building your customized program. We then filter you into an SGT timeslot where you’ll to follow your own individualized program each time you visit. The low trainer-to-client ratio allows for ample 1:1 attention for each client in any session.

This offering is ideal for those who have prior experience working out, and have a baseline of understanding about movement patterns.

The fabulous benefit of participating in our SGT program is that you pay a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1 training, yet you still have a customized program based on your needs and goals! What’s more, there’s that wonderful intangible of added motivation and camaraderie from working out with a couple of other like-minded individuals. It’s a fun atmosphere in which to work toward your fitness goals!

SGT sessions meet twice weekly and sessions lasts approximately 45-50 minutes.

Our current SGT schedule:

  • Mon/Wed 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 5 pm, 6 pm
  • Tu/Thu 9:30 am

Small Group Training Jump Start Offer!

  • 1 hour “Success Session**” with company owner
  • 4 SGT sessions

You’ll get FIVE meetings with a professional coach for only $179! (actual package value: $450)

All SGT and 1-on-1 sessions take place at a private residence in the Cambrian area of San Jose (nearest cross streets: Branham and Meridian).
