There are no classes to attend, no prescribed workouts to do. You can even eat whatever you want during your eating window, but we’re going to coach you on a “whole food” , low sugar, low processed carbohydrate eating plan so that you maximize your nutrition during your eating window (and you’ll be more likely to lose weight if it’s one of your goals).
