Personal Training

We will create a customized fitness program just for you that is specifically tailored to your needs, goals and current fitness level. With lifeSport Fitness personal training – it’s not just about the workout! We’ll guide you not only while you exercise, but we’ll also support you with regard to nutrition at home and at work, lifestyle changes, and stress management – because being healthy and feeling good is more than just about your workout.

You can choose to work with us in a 1-on-1 personal training program, or take part in our popular Small Group Training program (1 coach and up to 4 clients per session). With Small Group Training, you still get your own customized workout plan and nutrition coaching – but you also get the added motivation of working out alongside your peers. The fabulous benefit of participating in our Small Group Training program is that you pay a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1 training, yet you still have a customized program based on your needs and goals.

We start all our personal training programs with a “Success Session” during which we go over your personal goals and health history and do some basic assessments to create a baseline from which we’ll track your results.

If you like the energy of a group workout – you’ll LOVE our community boot camp workouts! They are fun, fast-paced and different everyday! Every workout will give you a strength, cardio and core workout all rolled into one.

This budget-friendly option gives you accountability, personalized coaching and a safe well-rounded workout with a fun community of your peers. You won’t be one of 35 or 40 strangers when you work out with us. Your coach will get to know you and coach you to success, and you’ll see the same friendly faces at your workout each day. You’ll love the friendly, community feel at our group workouts!

We even throw in a nutrition consultation as part of your membership so that we can support you outside of camp as well.
