FITNESS BOOTCAMP SCHEDULE FOR 2021


Welcome to the 2021 fitness boot camp schedule page for lifeSport Fitness boot camps in the Almaden/Cambrian and Willow Glen areas of San Jose.

COVID-19 UPDATE  — 3/16/21:  Yes!  We are still operating our community boot camp, but under slightly different conditions due to the pandemic.

We are operating our early morning M-W-F co-ed community boot camp in-person (outside, socially distanced, with no shared equipment) as well as virtually via Zoom.  We are temporarily operating outside the doors of our personal training studio located at 1375 Blossom Hill Road, Suite 68  in San Jose.  We will return our normal “home” in the quad at John Muir Middle School once the school re-opens.

 

Our workouts run on a nearly “year round” basis. Our goal is to be there for you on a consistent basis all year long so you’ll get better results. We do take a few “de-load” weeks off during the year to let you rest your muscles. We do our best to schedule these weeks off during common vacation/holiday times for your convenience.

You can start attending our fitness boot camp at any time as a regular member. If you begin in the middle of a month, we’ll pro-rate that month for you.

If you haven’t worked out with us before, we suggest you sign up for our free one week trial offer to test drive our workouts (click the “sign up” button over there on the right). You must schedule your FREE one-week trial ahead of time so that we know when to expect you.

We want to keep things simple and consistent for you, so we’ve averaged out the total number of possible workouts you could attend over the year and divided that number by 12 months, so that you pay the same monthly fee each month, on the first of the month. Simple and easy to budget!

These are the days/weeks we will not be holding our fitness boot camps:

  • February 15th  (President’s Day)
  • April 12th -16th   (Spring Break Hiatus  week)
  • May 31st (Memorial Day)
  • July 5th through July 9th (Summer Hiatus week)
  • September 6th (Labor Day)
  • November 25th -26th (Thanksgiving)
  • December 24th – January 2nd, 2022    (Winter Hiatus)
