I havent worked out for years and I got to the point that I was sick and tired of feeling and looking bad. So I decided to join Boot Camp. I feel as though I have a personal trainer at every session! I have been attending the Lifesport Fitness boot camp in Almaden/Cambrian for nearly two years now, and I highly recommend it. It's not easy getting up that early, but it's always worth it. You feel great for the rest of the day after working out hard first thing in the morning.

I attend Becky's Fit and Fabulous classes and I must say this is one of the best workout decisions I have ever made. She is an extremely knowledgeable and talented trainer who continues to constantly challenge us. Strength training, interval aerobic activity, and stretching are part of our routine one day per week, and alternate with a challenging circuit workout on the other day. She offers support, nutritional advice, fat testing, goal setting and always want to make sure we are achieving the results we want. Awesome and thorough in every way, absolutely the best!!

I joined the Almaden lifeSport boot camp because I needed to get back into a routine and I was feeling very tired and out of energy. After four weeks of boot camp I have more energy, I’m happier and in a better mood! I feel stronger and the shoulder /neck pain I used to have has decreased. Although my weight hasn’t changed, I’ve lost 3% body fat in 4 weeks! It’s such a fun class that you don’t even realize how fast the 50 minutes goes by. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I have never been one to exercise on a regular basis, but ever since I started boot camp in Campbell with Lifesport Fitness, I am so motivated to keep it up. I am seeing great results and boot camp is a lot of fun! Not only is Becky passionate about exercising and nutrition, she is positive and encouraging to make sure your workout is the best it can be.
I am not a fan of running and what I enjoy the most out of Becky's workouts is the cardio/strength circuit where you work out really hard doing cardio followed by active recovery during strength training. It is a great work out!

Jackie is a very personable, helpful instructor who provides feedback that's positive and encouraging.
One of the good points about about the bootcamp is that during the good weather, it's outdoors. Also, it's like having a personal trainer every session.
A colleague of mine had tried another boot camp once, but dropped out because it was too grueling. Jackie taught me how to modify the
exercises to my level of fitness and as a result, I was able to perform as best as I could.
I'd recommend your camp to others who are interested.
