Sign at Edith Morley Park--home of lifeSport Fitness evening boot camp in CampbelOur boot camp in Campbell is located at the beautiful Edith Morley Park which is convenient to both Campbell and West San Jose residents.  Edith Morley Park is our Spring/Summer outdoor location for our evening boot camp. We’re at this location from May through September.  This small, secluded park offers us cool breezes and shade to keep us cool in the summer warmth.  We also have lots of fun stuff to use for our ever-changing boot camp workouts:  a huge grassy area, walking/running paths, and lots of benches for step ups and push ups.

Coach Duke Ngo  is at the helm of our Campbell evening  boot camp location.  Duke is our resident Ninja warrior (i.e., he can do amazing feats of fitness!!) and he really works at getting the best efforts out of all his campers–all the while keeping a smile on your face.  No workout is ever exactly the same, but each and every workout is a full-body strength, cardio and core workout.Warming up at boot camp in Campbell

Although all of our boot camp workouts follow a similar pattern complete with an active warm up, strength and cardio exercises and core exercises, each of our different locations offers you a little something different. As a regular member, you can attend other locations as a make up class—or simply to mix it up a bit.

Our boot camp in Campbell runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-6:50 pm.
